I make this a few times a month. It’s a great snack. You can adjust the smoked paprika, lemon juice and salt to taste, but I’ve included what I used in my last batch 🙂
– 1 large can of chickpeas (796 mL) drained and rinsed
– 60 mL of water
– juice of one lemon
– 1 clove of garlic
– 3 Tbsp of tahini
-75 mL of extra virgin olive oil
– 1/2 tsp of salt
– a couple of dashes of smoked paprika
Put all ingredients in a blender all at once. Blend until smooth. Top with olive oil and smoked paprika. Serve with veggies or pita.
